Recent Transactions and Deals

We have recently worked with our clients on a range of successful and high profile transactions including those featured below.

We are advising MEPC Cardiff on the development and leasing of over 180,000 square feet of office space in Central Cardiff.  The development is the most prestigious and high value office scheme in Wales.  M&A have already completed the forward sales of two office buildings and are in the process of leasing the remainder of the scheme.

We are currently advising Bluestone Holdings Limited on its landmark development in the Pembrokeshire National Park - the largest leisure development ever in Wales.  In addition to advising on the owner/operator leasing structure and on the property financing elements of the project, M&A had major involvement in the construction contract negotiations, employing an innovative pain/gain share building contract with the contractor.  The project was launched in November 2006 by the First Minister Rhodri Morgan.

   

  

We are also advising Cardiff City Football Club on the structuring of its recently announced Stadium licence arrangements with Cardiff Blues.

   

     

Mansford Holdings is a specialist property investment and development company.  We have advised Mansford on a range of deals over recent years including, most recently, the sale of the Brewery Quarter commercial developments for Mansford and S A Brian & Company and also the sale of its entire UK investment portfolio in 2006.

     

     

We represented Rightacres Property Co in its recent sale of its controlling stake in the Holland House hotel chain.
